December 2010

December …. brrr
Brrr….. it was a cold month (at least what I remember was snowy and cold!)  When the boys worked in the basement of the house – it felt particularly cold – but at least they were a little sheltered.  They spent alot of time shovelling snow off the floor!
Coffee breaks are an important part of building.  If you are ever driving by – feel free to drive by with coffee or hot chocolate!

Thank You Lord - For another year! Celebrating January 2011

It feels like things began to happen during January… the drywalling happened in the loft, and the inside walls for the basement were put into place, and the floor of the first floor was done and ready for when the walls for the first floor went up.  (thank goodness for cranes!)  The boys worked through some cold weather.  We continued to give the project to the Lord – and trust that His timing is always right.  Sometimes we have a tendency to get impatient!  You will also notice how beautiful the red barn looked against the hoarfrost of one morning!
Here are some more pictures.  I am still trying to catch up to date!  Enjoy. (Click on any image to enlarge it)
